Barcelona was joined by the promising Ansu Fati just in time for the UEFA games. Fati debuted on the 25th of August for the European team and has had quite an impressive career at the tender age of 16. Fati will be playing as a forward for the team.
Ansu Fati garnered praise for his athleticism on the field from many of his peers. “He’s pure anarchy when he plays, and you need to give these kinds of talents liberty, not hide them out wide: they need to do what’s natural to them. He’s the jewel of La Masia.”Former Barcelona goalkeeper Victor Valdés, the club’s current U19 coach, praised the young player.
Fati got a chance to showcase more of his skills on the 25th of August on a match against Real Betis (Liga). Barcelona walked away with a victorious 5 goals whilst Real Betis only managed a measly 2 goals. Whilst Fati didn’t score any goals, he was still a great asset to the team.
